  • Ready made items will be dispatched within 1–2 days depending on stock availability.
  • Any items which are handmade such as Self‑Adhesive Wax Seals may take a little longer. This also applies to larger bulk orders.
  • Production for custom made items will only commence once your artwork file has been approved. Please be sure to check your spam folder to avoid further delay.
  • For important client deadlines, choose Rush at checkout and pick your need-by date for an additional cost.
  • All customers will receive tracking confirmation via email as soon as your items have been dispatched.
