After changing and finalizing an order (was easy to do) I wasn't able to receive the item that was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I double checked everything was finalized before the quot,order date to get by Christmasquot, and I didn't receive until a week after Christmas. The product itself is great and my husband loves it.

Very impressed with the quality. My artwork could only be scanned and sent to you, it was a complicated picture and presented challenges, but came out beautifully. It was a graduation gift for my daughter. She had no idea what I was getting her and was so overwhelmed she could barely speak when she received it. I've ordered a several custom seal embossers and am always impressed by the quality of the seal and the impressions on the paper. Ordering from the USA, it does take about a month for custom seal to be delivered to my door, but as long as you're aware of that, I can't complain based on the value of the product.

For my son's upcoming wedding decided to add some fine touches to Wedding Cards and Thank You Notes. Ordered Monogram seal , Custom Wax Seal Stamp, Custom Seal Embosser plus some accessories. Couldn't be more satisfied. Oli, thier co-founder addressed a few minor issues. Ordering a few more accessories.

Bought my stamp as a gift for a friend of mine.
Packaging was great and the shipping very fast.
Making the stamp costs a certain amount of time, and unfortunately i wasn't informed on the length of the production time that it took for Stamptitude to make my Embosser.
The package was received in perfect condition.
After using the embosser once i noticed that some of the Epoxy resin ( used to glue the custom seal to the handle) broke on the sides and let loose.
The seal however is still strongly attached to the handle.
In my opinion there was to much glue used to join the two parts.
Other than that, the quality of the seal is superb and the handle is very easy to use.
