今年是我们历史上面临的最具挑战性的一年，甚至自新冠疫情以来也是如此，当时我们的团队规模从十人缩减到两人。面对不断飙升的进口关税和持续不断的贸易战，我们不得不做出艰难的抉择，才能继续为客户提供服务。

有一次，我们不得不在45美元的邮票订单上加收35美元的进口关税，一度一度怀疑自己可能要放弃了。但出乎意料的是，你们一直支持着我们，这让我们感到无比谦卑，也让我们明白了我们做这件事的初衷。

但我们必须诚实地说，情况并不完美，我们仍在尽力应对这些新挑战。

目前，我们的运输服务不如以前了。我们不得不整合货物并依赖货运代理，这意味着我们无法像以前那样掌控交货时间。这很不理想，也远未达到我们努力提供的服务水平。

尽管面临这些挫折，我们仍在孜孜不倦地努力适应、改进和克服。正如过去12年一样，我们不断进步以适应时代变化，并且始终将客户放在每个决策的核心位置。
