Thank You for Standing by Us

For over 12 years, Stamptitude has been built on trust and a commitment to quality. Many of you have been with us through thick and thin, and as a family-owned business your support truly means the world to us.

This year has been one of the most challenging we’ve faced in our history, even since Covid which saw us go from a team of ten to a team of two. Between soaring import tariffs and the ongoing trade war, we’ve had to make tough decisions to keep serving our customers.

At one point when we had to add a $35 import tariff onto $45 stamp orders, we thought we might have to throw in the towel. But to our surprise, you kept continuing to support us which was incredibly humbling and reminded us why we do what we do.

But we have to be honest, the situation isn’t perfect and we’re still navigating these new challenges as best we can.

Right now, our shipping isn't quite what it used to be. We’ve had to consolidate shipments and rely on freight forwarders, which means we don’t have the same control over delivery times that we once did. It’s not ideal, and it’s far from the level of service we strive to provide.

Despite these setbacks, we’re working tirelessly to adapt, improve and overcome. Just like we’ve done for the past 12 years, we’re evolving to meet the moment and we’re doing it with our customers at the heart of every decision.

Even with slower shipping and higher costs, you’ve chosen to support us. So, from the entire Stamptitude team

Thank you.

Thank you for your patience, your understanding and your belief in what we do. We promise to keep delivering the quality and care you've come to know and love.

Wow!! What an amazingly vulnerable message!! Very few companies share the struggles of owning a small business. Thank you for trusting your clients with the good and bad. Even with higher prices and slower shipping you have not lost this client. Actually, I may just place a few orders for my clients to help you guys make it through.
I am honored to do business with you! Jen

Thank you for not doing the laundry…. It is understandable that thee is a business war on all fronts. You may be bruised but God did not have you fail. you have grown wiser and stronger not only in business but in your relationship together for each other. you have gained spiritually also. Bless you and I pray for continued bliss.

Bought a stamp as a gift and the recipient loved it. Will buy again when the right opportunity presents itself. Hang in there, you guys are doing great!
