Order Processing Times
- Standard Production: 4-5 business days for most items
- Ready-made Items: 1-2 business days (stock dependent)
- Handmade Items: May require additional processing time (e.g., Self-Adhesive Wax Seals)
- Custom Orders: Production begins only after artwork approval
- Bulk Orders: May require additional processing time
- Rush Production: Available for an additional fee (contact us to discuss expediting your order)
Please note that business days exclude weekends, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Recipients of orders shipped outside of Hong Kong may be subject to additional import taxes, customs duties, and fees upon entry into the destination country
- Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the importer/recipient
- We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount
- If goods are returned due to unpaid customs fees, we will contact the original purchaser to arrange redelivery and payment of additional shipping fees
Shipping Notifications & Tracking
- All customers will receive tracking confirmation via email once items have been dispatched
- For US Free Shipping option: Please note there may be a brief tracking gap until your package clears customs due to our consolidated shipping process

- Stamptitude will not be held accountable for shipping delays caused by the shipping company, weather, or other circumstances beyond our direct control
- US shipments are currently subject to processing delays due to import regulations

Order Changes & Cancellations
For Custom Engraved Items:
- Modifications to artwork files will not be accepted after order receipt unless engraving has not yet commenced
- Cancellation or return of custom engraved items will be subject to a non-refundable 35% service charge
- Refunds for custom engraved items will only be issued for orders canceled prior to production, unless items arrived faulty or damaged
For Ready-Made Items:
- Cancellations may be made prior to dispatch
- Refunds will only be issued for orders canceled before shipping confirmation
Returns Policy
- Non-custom engraved items can be returned unused and in original packaging within 30 days of delivery
- Upon receipt of returned items, replacement items will be shipped via regular post at no additional cost
- Custom engraved items based on supplied artwork are non-returnable
- For damaged or faulty items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for replacement
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
