Christmas Shipping Estimates
It’s that time of year again where everyone wants everything delivered next day. We understand, we are people too and we also have our own last-minute Christmas shopping to do. Despite our best efforts each year, we are always at the mercy of the shipping companies. Ultimately it is the delivery driver who hands you your parcel, regardless of whether we work through the night to pack your orders.
This year as a way of offering further clarity to our customers, we are displaying a delivery notice directly beneath each ‘add to cart’ button (example below).
It is important to note that this is provided as an estimate only, so for example if the delivery time states ‘between Dec 18th - Dec 25th’ then it is reasonable to expect that your items may or may not arrive in time for Christmas depending on the individual circumstances. For your best chance at a timely delivery, we would recommend placing your order no later than December 15th. As always, we will be accepting orders past this deadline and will be working around the clock to fulfil all orders that are placed between now and the Christmas holidays.
A tracking number will be provided for each and every order, and because we only use the fastest method via FedEx they will provide an accurate as possible shipping date once dispatched. Please be mindful that shipping delays can occur at any time for any reason, and that once the items are out of our hands it is no longer within our control.
