Ordering was easy enough. I submitted the image I wanted to use for the wax seal, a rep from the company reached out with a proof of what it would look like to ensure it was correct, and that was it.
Shipping was a little slow. I thought it was coming from the US, but in reality it came from overseas and was sent to a US-based re-shipper. This wasn't a problem by any means, just a misunderstanding on my part.
When the kit arrived, honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect. The custom seal kit wasn't expensive and the design I had submitted was a little complex with a lot of tiny details, and so I was worried it wasn't going to turn out like I was hoping. It turned out these fears were completely unwarranted. The packaging was absolutely beautiful. It came in an incredibly nice and hefty box that looked wonderful. The wax seal itself was perfect. The handle fits the hand very comfortably. The metal stamping plate was nicely polished and has a great weight to it. The design not only looked great, but had all of the tiny detail I was hoping for. While the negative looked great on the stamping plate, it looked even better in wax.
Overall, I was blown away by what I received and we couldn't be happier with it. I'm very much looking forward to working with this company again.

In a word, order from them. You wont regret it. Ive ordered twice, with ZERO ISSUES. Their customer service is so kind, and patient, wonderful, and whatever you request, they can do. You wont regret it. I ordered two stamps for me and my partner as they are stuyding abroad right now, and they loved it beyond words. Best money spent, specially in times today, where companies dont care about the custumer and simpy their wallert: Stamptitude aint like that
I have ordered already twice from this company. Let me just tell you, they are amazing. Beyond amazing. Not only is their packaging so so cute (yes including the black cover package they send things out, like your regular package, it comes with a cute little design and some words, that make you genuinely feel special, and at least me, it made me laugh)
And above all, they definitely, nail the design, so seeminglessly. It takes a bit of time, for definitely worth it for those out there that who get excied about their packages like me.

The pieces were mini works of art. I gave them out as parting gifts and most commented on the excellent craftsmanship of the engraving and the quality of the canister.
